Russian Ballet Orlando's 21/22 Season

Since the year 2000 RBO has provided expert instruction and entertainment to the Orlando community through classes, workshops, and performances, as well as the wider Florida community through tours and outreach performances. As we enter our 21st season we are proud to announce that we are launching the Russian Ballet Company, a professional company comprised of highly trained dancers from all backgrounds.

Having started RBO’s journey at The Plaza Live on Bumby Street, we are thrilled to be returning to our original home this season for a few select performances as well as returning to many of our favorite theaters around Central Florida.

“What makes our shows unique is the opportunity for pre-professional students to take the stage with professional dancers.” says Katerina Fedotova, Artistic Director, “It is not only an educational experience for the dancers but a thrilling performance for audiences of all ages.”

This season we are proud to present classics ranging from The Nutcracker to La Bayadere, with accompaniment from the Orlando Philharmonic periodically throughout the year. Our season is underwritten in part by The United Arts of Central Florida and the Florida Division of Cultural Affairs. We travel all around Central Florida, from Lakeland to Sanford, making it easy for enthusiasts around Florida to immerse themselves in professional ballet.

Russian Ballet Orlando’s mission is to enrich, engage and educate students, performers, and audiences in the art of dance. Through the education and training of our diverse group of students and pre-professional dancers in the history of ballet and the performing arts, we strive to transform them into professional dancers ready to fill the ranks of leading ballet companies and by engaging and entertaining audiences with our originally choreographed productions around the local community and the state.
