Pure Beginner Ballet Barre

No experience required

Friday 7:00 - 8:30 pm

 

The class built specifically for adults who have never attended a classical ballet class. The class will go over the fundamentals of Russian style ballet barre work. Perfect your technique in a comfortable and friendly environment. 

Beginner Ballet Class

Monday 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Welcoming, all men and women who admire dance. Learn the fundamentals and basics of classical Ballet. This class concentrates on your coordination, posture, grace, strength, and flexibility. A number of participants use this class as physical therapy to recover from past injuries. From top to bottom this is an amazing class that you must try.

Intermediate Ballet Class

If you used to dance when you were younger and it has been a few years since you wore your leotard and tights, this is where you start. You'll get a full-body workout, along with getting back that feeling you felt doing your first Pirouette.

Thursday 7:00 - 8:30pm

New Class featuring classical Russian Ballet technique. This class will focus on demonstrating and teaching center combinations to students with little - intermediate dance knowledge. This class will breakdown combinations and teach techniques at a slower pace to have you feeling confident and comfortable in center work!

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet Class Starting Sept. 1st

 

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:00am - 12:30 pm

 

Full Ballet Class for dancers with a ballet background.  Do not be afraid of the class if you have not danced in a while.  Take it at your own paste.  The class will run as any professional class with Barre, Center, and Jumps.  If you do not feel comfortable with some of the combinations, do not hesitate to let the teacher know that will sit out this combination, or if you would like some extra help explaining it to you.  We are here for you.  Sometimes it will take you a couple of weeks or days to feel comfortable with every combination. 

Conditioning & Stretch Class

No experience required

 

Thursday 6:00 - 7:00pm

Get ready to work out, stretch, and tone your body.  Class is designed to pair with your ballet classes. It will help you improve your flexibility, strength, and control. This class is open to beginners through professionals. Great as physical therapy and body conditioning.

Get ready to sweat!!!!

Stretch & Strengthen Class

Pilates Class

No experience required

Monday 6:00 - 7:00pm

Friday 6:30 - 7:30pm

Strengthen your core, challenge your legs, and improve your turnout. Yes! This mat class is a whole-body workout that will make you s-t-r-o-n-g-e-r! You will also see positive changes in coordination, balance, and flexibility. The variations of the exercises are offered throughout the class, so you can certainly take it up a notch when you are ready.

 

For anyone who is new to Pilates, beginner classes would be the best place to start. Anyone who is looking for a challenge should try an intermediate class.

 

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, please bring your own mat to the class. 3/8” Pilates/Yoga mat is the best option since it provides just enough cushioning.

Single class - $15 per class

Advanced Class - $20 per class

5 class package - $70

10 Class package - $130

Attire

We want to make sure you are comfortable in every class. Leotard and tights are not required but suggested for the most comfort. Ballet shoes are required for all the ballet classes for your safety. Ballet shoes are not required for Stretch, Conditioning, or Yoga classes (socks or barefoot).

Taking All Precautions to Ensure Safety

This is not going to be an easy time for any of us. We understand and will always respect your decision whether or not to start back. However, we would like to reassure you that we will be taking all steps necessary to ensure everyones safety.

 

  1. We respect that not everyone will not feel comfortable being in closed spaces, so we have options to avoid doing so. If you are taking in studio class, please respect everyone space in studio, lobby and elevator.

  2. Most of the adult classes throughout the week will be held in the big studio downstairs, please avoid water breaks and lobby gatherings, as you walk in, put your belongings in the cubby and take your place in the class either at the barre or mat.

  3. Wash your hands before and after every class.

  4. Floor mats will be set up 6 feet apart from each other. We have mats for you to use, but if you be so kind to bring your own, that would help us out a lot.

  5. At the barre, we will place tickers 6 feet apart for dancers to stand. Barres and mats will be sanitized before and after every class.

  6. Take your turn during water breaks and keep your distance when you are waiting by the fountain, or bring your own water bottle to avoid

  7. Going to 2nd floor, you will have an option to take the stairs that are located on the back of the building. If you choose to take an elevator, we ask that you ensure there are only 2 - 3 people in the elevator at the time.

  8. All adults must pre-register in MindBody before attending the class.
