JENNIFER MAYER

Jennifer Mayer-Garrison is passionate about dance.  She choreographs easy to follow fun dances and creates exciting dance/fitness classes to help students whittle their waistlines while shaking their tail feather.  Students love her fun, warm, and friendly class for the varied uplifting, yet sometimes hard hitting music that makes them simply have to dance.

They leave her class feeling calmer, stronger, uplifted, happy, and empowered.   Jennifer is also passionate about people. The whole person: mind, body, and spirit.  She loves encouraging people to become their best self and is able to support them through life/nutritional coaching.  She is a licensed Zumba Instructor since 2014 and holds certificates to teach Zumba Basic and Gold.
